Take The Fear Out Of Your Love

Sometimes in life fear and faith go together. Sometimes one does certain things in life because of fear. Sometimes we do things in fear even in faith. Even in what seems like faith there is fear. But we are told in the Bible that perfect love drives out fear, that the one perfected in love will not fear. There should be no fear in love. And the ultimate object of faith is to arrive at love. The ultimate desire of everyone who follows God is to arrive at love. The ultimate aim of everyone who wants to know God is to know that love, not only to know that love but also to practise it. So let us not be afraid today, those who wish to know the love of God. Let us not be afraid today. Let us not be afraid of God. Let us not fear his judgement. But let us be aware of his love. And let us seek his love and desire his love and want to experience his love in our own lives. Let what we do for God today be without fear. May what we do for God today be an act of love and purely an act of love.

Do Not Give Up Today

If you try long enough, if you persist long enough, you will succeed. You will do what you want to do. You will speak what you want to speak. This is what I have discovered. I will not give up even if I fail a few times. I will not give up even if I fail many times. I will not give up. I will believe that there will come a time when I will find the right expression of my exact thoughts. I will not give up. And I don't want you to give up today - whatever you are trying to do. If you are trying to do a worthy thing according to the will of God, keep trying even if you do not succeed. If you keep at it long enough you will succeed. Believe that the One who has called you to do this has given you the strength to do it. And you will find that strength, maybe not immediately, but eventually you will. Do not give up today.

Are You Feeling Lonely Today?

Are you feeling lonely today? Are you afraid of something today? Are you worried? Do you need someone to be with you today? Do you think that there is no one to be with you today? If you think that, there is someone I know. And this person stays with me, and goes with me wherever I go. This person is always with me, ready to give me strength, at a time when I need it most. And this person is ready to help you as well. I call him Lord. I call him God. I call him Jesus. He has promised never to leave his people alone. He has promised never to leave me alone. He has promised never to leave you alone. Believe in him today. Ask him to come. Ask him to help you. He will not disappoint you.

That's What I Am

Is Christianity what I teach? Or is it spirituality? Or do I teach anything at all? Do I teach about the way as I see it, the way to God? Jesus declared Himself to be the Way, the Truth and the Life. If He is the Way, I want to speak about this Way. But can I teach about it? I consider myself more of a student than a teacher. Still that does not prevent me from calling myself a teacher. I do believe that I discuss reasonably enough to be called a teacher.

So what am I? I am someone who believes in the Truth of Jesus Christ, someone who wants to explore this Truth, someone who likes to lead other people to this Truth. That's what I am. Does that make me a teacher, or a guide, or a spiritual counsellor? I don't know what that makes me. But it certainly makes me a worker of God - someone who believes in God and works for Him at the same time - someone who works for the God of the Bible: Jehovah the Father and Jesus the Son. And I do this work by cooperating with His Holy Spirit. That's what I am.

We Can Live The Godly Life

This is the realization. You and I, who have accepted Jesus Christ, do not have to worry any more. We are free. We are free to live our lives as God wants us to live our lives. We are free to pursue the light without the fear of darkness. We can embrace the light. We can seek the things of God without any fear and without any hindrance. And even if the devil were to tell us that we cannot do that, that we cannot seek the light, that we are still in darkness, tell him that it's an absolute lie. And you can expose his lie and say, "You are a liar. You have been called a liar by the Lord Jesus Christ, and He speaks no lies. He speaks no untruth. The Lord Jesus is the Truth. He is the Way, The Truth and the Life. And if He calls you a liar, you are indeed a liar. And so what you say to me today is also a lie." Say that to him. Tell him that he is a liar. And move on.

Move on. Live your life without hindrance and without obstacles. Strip away the obstacles. You have the power to do that. You have been equipped with everything that is required for the godly life. You may not believe it. But it's all in there. You have to take out every armour that is in there. You must take out every weapon that is in there. And God has given you every weapon that is required to fight against the evil forces in this world.

No Longer Are We Separated From God

This is the realization. Sin is terrible. Sin is horrible. Sin separates Man from God. And Man is not meant to be separate from God. Man should be united with God. Man was made by God for God. The purpose of Man is to be united with God. But sin separates Man from God. A sinful man cannot enter the presence of God. The Bible says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. No human being can ever approach God because of his or her sinfulness. And this enormous problem of separation was solved by the Lord Jesus Christ when He died for the sins of humanity. At that moment He removed the curtain between us and God. So no longer is Man separated from God. Jesus Christ has thus united God and Man.

We are now sinless. God regards us as sinless because He who was not sin became sin for our sakes, and since He became our sin we became His righteousness. Jesus is righteous. He is the Son of God. When He came down to earth He was most certainly the only righteous man who ever lived. And when He died for us as a righteous man He was the perfect sacrifice for our sins. And thus our sins have been wiped away. And because they have been wiped away we are seen as sinless by God, even though we may still sin for we are still in the flesh, and as long as we remain in the flesh, we will sin.

I Had To Come Here Today

I had to come here today to acknowledge God. It is God that I choose to acknowledge today, though I could acknowledge something else. I realize that God has called me to do His work. He who has called me must also choose me. I don't want to be among those who are called but not chosen. I have suffered failures in my life. But I do not want to fail in this. I do not want to fail in being God's servant.

God has promised His people that He will deliver them from the many troubles that they will face in their lives. I hold on to this promise. I choose to acknowledge the God who promised to stay near me and deliver me from the troubles in my life. So it is important for me to acknowledge God as my God, the One who saves me from all my troubles. And though I say this, not in desirable circumstances, I do so with a certain sense of relief and a certain degree of satisfaction because this is what I have chosen to do. And this is what I have been called to do. And may I prove to be worthy in the eyes of the One who called me, and may He choose me to do His work.

God Shall Suppy Your Needs

Whatever trouble you are in, take it to God. And He will not let you down. He shall provide everything you need.

How do we worship God?

Many people go to church to worship God. Denominational differences in Christianity may involve different styles of worship. But what ...
