How do I deal with a young assistant who is immature and irresponsible but possesses a good heart? Should I, a believer in the God of the Bible, not approach the problem of this erring assistant as God approached his recalcitrant people Israel? Should I not learn from God's example of forgiveness and love? Did not God indeed love the whole undeserving world so much that he sent us the sacrificial gift of his only begotten son, Jesus Christ?
